Independent seed drill expertise

SEED DRILLS. IT’S WHAT WE KNOW.

CentralAg was created to provide farmers with genuinely specialist, independent seed drill expertise.

15 YEARS’ HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
Our story

An inch wide. A mile deep.

CentralAg isn’t a general agricultural engineering business. We specialise in seed drills.

After 15 years working hands-on with drills from the major manufacturers, CentralAg was established to provide farmers with independent specialist knowledge focused on one of the most important machines in the crop establishment process.

From mechanical and hydraulic systems through to increasingly complex electronics, controls, sensors and metering systems, that experience provides a deep understanding of how the complete drill works — and how to identify problems that aren’t always obvious.

Why CentralAg exists
⌕

UNDERSTAND IT.

Before replacing parts, understand what’s actually wrong.

⚙

LOOK AFTER IT.

Planned maintenance rather than waiting until the drill is needed.

↗

IMPROVE IT.

Make a good existing machine better through upgrades, modifications and technology.

APPRAISE | MAINTAIN | UPGRADE
The specialist difference

More than nuts and bolts.

Modern seed drills are complex machines. Mechanical components are only part of the picture.

Electrical systems, wiring, sensors, controllers, metering systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and software all have to work together.

CentralAg’s particular strength is understanding those systems as a whole — including the electrical and diagnostic work that can often be difficult to resolve without specialist drill knowledge.

Multi-brand experience

Independent advice.

Experience across drills from the major manufacturers means CentralAg isn’t tied to recommending one particular brand or solution. The objective is straightforward: understand the machine you’ve got and give you practical advice on what it needs.

How CentralAg works

Independent

Advice based on the machine in front of us.

Specialist

Seed drills are our focus — not tractors, combines and everything else on the farm.

Planned

Appraisals, diagnostics, maintenance and improvement rather than emergency breakdown call-outs.

KEEP A GOOD DRILL GOING.

Sometimes the right answer isn’t replacing a machine. Understanding its condition, maintaining it properly and making the right improvements can keep a good drill performing for years to come.
